Responsibilities Of Every Board Member Moving Forward
This list of duties is neither comprehensive nor complete. Every new board member needs to bring to
their roles an openness to grow and change. You will, in time, make this position your own, and will
have new items to add to the list.

For us to remain successful and consistent it is important that we are all well informed today as well
as tomorrow. For the next director to continue where you left off is an important step in the process,
one that has not been kept up to date as well as it should be.

I sincerely want to change that, not just for this current board of directors, but for future directors as
well. Bring us your ideas and thoughts and be willing to work together as a team and you won’t regret
investing your time with us.

Tony Erdelyi
Chair, TK
BOD
2020-2024

Tim Luimes will be collecting and updating memberships for our September 2023- August 2024
season. Memberships are as follows:
Students-$10, Adult-$20 and Family-$30 and can be payable by cash, cheque, credit/debt/PayPal (online only), or E-transfer to TKMembershipFee@gmail.com.

Thank You!
At this time we would like to thank Christine Baribeau, Steven Reinhardus and Robyn
Brady for their positive contributions during their time of service on Theatre Kent’s
Board. We wish them all the best in their next endeavors.

Thank You!
