Why Should I attend the invitational, you ask? We will tell you why!
- Come and join us at 5:30 for cocktail social hour, where you will be able to catch up, reminisce with friends and maybe meet new fellow actors!
- Have a chance to update your membership, see if you can track Tim Luimes down so you can receive your 2019/2020 membership card!
- Join us for a platter of free appetizers as we hear what our fabulous board has been working on. Get updates from our board members to find out and ask questions with what is happening at this level with each position. I do believe that there are a few special events coming up! Find out more information, so you can join us. We also have 3 positions that are currently vacant and maybe, just maybe, one of those positions are waiting for YOU!
- Our 2019/2020 playbill has been released with one show already rehearsing, come find out more information on each show! We would love for YOU to get involved. Hear from the directors and please, ask questions, or hunt them down later in the evening to find out how you can get involved.
- Join us in giving a warm Theatre Kent welcome to our guest of the evening: Heather Slater. Heather runs both the Kiwanis and Capitol theatres and is going to take a few minutes of our time to speak about both of these venus. I’m sure she will be able to answer any questions that you might have.
- To finish the evening off, we will invite you to join us at our soup and salad bar. Enjoy some deliscious food and I’m sure what will be engaging conversations at each of our tables!
- To finish the evening off, we invite those daring enough to take the stage and entertain us by taking the mic for what I’m sure is going to be an awesome Karaoke evening. You might be well entertained by our first number, unless of course, you beat them to the mic! We will also be offering a few games for your entertainment, come and check it out!
