Directed by Dan White
Remember, Maggy? Follows two antithetical sisters in the 40’s and the journey of their complex and often hilarious relationship over the span of five years.
Kate, a widowed housewife and Maggy, a pill-popping/alcoholic actress, battle to stay connected while dealing with the progression of their sharp-tongued Irish mother’s Alzheimer’s; together with a family secret which, if revealed, threatens to destroy their already fragile relationship.

Notes:
- Maggy and Kate sing the song above. Therefore, everyone auditioning for those parts will be asked to sing it.
- Memorization is not necessary for any roles at audtions. However, a familiarity with the script will benefit creative efforts in the audition process.
- While the above scenes are the template that will be used for auditions, the director may select additional scenes, or choose not to run all of the listed scenes – depending on casting options and needs.
- I understand that auditions can be stressful and not all performers excel at auditions – it will be my goal to spend some time at the beginning of auditions helping everyone to relax and connect so they can “play.”
